Mr. V.X. Sequeira founded MAESTRO in June 2002 as a Corporate Training Company. A Graduate in Economics from Zamorins Guruvayoorappan College, Calicut, he was the former Calicut University and South India Weightlifting champion. His grit and all round leadership abilities have seen him win in industry which is evident in his proven track record of being very successful and a result oriented manager, yet remaining an excellent boss. He is widely respected across Pharmaceutical sector, having served as a DM in CFL Pharmaceuticals for 45 years, bagging the Best Manager Award – All India, in the 1990s.  As the Chairman & Managing Director of Maestro, he leads the elite core team in strategy and policy.

Mark is an International Management Trainer & HRD mentor by profession. Operating out of Chennai, Bangalore and Dubai, he is one of MAESTROs Founder Directors. With an experience of having facilitated over 2000 training workshops across various domains, Mark has coached thousands of professionals in numerous top notch companies and educational institutions across diverse sectors in India and abroad. Mark has mentored personnel at all categories from Managing Directors, CEOs, Presidents, and Principals to Vice Presidents, General Managers, Professors, Teachers and Students in his decade and a half career as an HRD expert. He was also the Joint Secretary and the Treasurer of Calicut Management Association in 2004 – '05 and 2005 – '06. He is currently associated with various national and international projects in organizational development and change management, leadership & team building and sales effectiveness for organizations in India and abroad.He has over 15 years of experience in these fields. He is also a mentor to a host of universities, premier colleges and international schools across India.

Mr. R.K. Vijayakrishnan (Recruitment)
M.A - Personnel Management & Industrial Relations

He did his PG in Personnel Management from the School of Management Studies, CUSAT. He has undergone advanced training in Management at the Department of Management Studies, Leeds University, UK, under the Colombo Plan. He has over 45 years of experience in middle and senior Management positions in Industry and Media. He was GM - Personnel at FACT, the premier Central Govt. Undertaking in Kerala. He was GM – HRD of Mathrubhumi. He was the Regional Coordinator of Kerala for ICFAI National Colleges, holding charge of 13 centers at various locations.

He has developed a unique model for transformational training for Executives in medium and large-sized multi-unit organizations called “The Synergized  Positive Action Workshop”  [SPAW] which was accepted for introduction in selected PSUs under the Kerala Govt. by the Restructuring & Internal Audit Board of the Department of Industries, Govt. of Kerala.

Prof. Vijayakrishnan has held ex-officio positions in various professional bodies such as:

Dr. P. Mohan (HR Consulting)
M.Com., M.B.A, Ph.D.

He is Professor in the Department of Commerce and Management Studies, University of Calicut. He has over 35 years of teaching and research experience. He is currently the Director, College Development Council, University of Calicut.

He did his M.Phil and Ph.D. in Marketing Management from the University of Calicut, MBA in Marketing Management from IGNOU, and FDP in Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahamedabad. He has also done a certificate course on Quality Management at IIT Kharagpur in addition to a few diplomas in management, marketing and information systems.

He has held various offices of the University of Calicut like Professor and Head, Department of Commerce and Management Studies, Dean of the Faculty of Commerce and Management Studies, and Chairman, Board of Studies in Management, Joint Director, Foreign Students Affarirs, Director, College Development Council, University of Calicut. He was also a senate member of the University of Calicut from 2008-11.

He has successfully guided seven people to Ph.D and eight people to M.Phil. He has published thirteen books and twenty two research papers. He has also attended a number of national seminars and a few International workshops and Conferences. He has also visited a few countries.

Dr.P.Mohan was the President of Calicut Management Association (CMA) during 2006-07 and Chairman, National Institute of Personnel Management, Calicut Group during 2007-09. He was also a member of the Governing Council of the All India Management Association, New Delhi for two years (2004-06) .
