Introduction to the E-SET

Employability Skills Evaluation Test: A unique web enabled program designed to help candidates preparing for careers to realize their employability quotient and improve upon their skills to increase the probability of attaining their ultimate career aspirations.

To provide maximum benefits to candidates, the E-SET makes it possible for candidates to evaluate their skills two times within a validity period of 10 days from the date of first log in. The purpose for this is to provide candidates with the opportunity of developing through self-learning, those skills that were found wanting in the first test and improve upon earlier performance through the second test.

This test is also a methodology of showcasing to future employers in a quantified form, the progress made in improving ones skills thereby boosting the chances of selection.
